What is my first order discount code?

So, what do you actually do and how does it work?

We provide door to door ironing and laundry services across MK1-19, NN12-13, OX25-27, HP18-22, LU5 & 7. Simply book a collection time and place at spotlessgarments.co.uk or using our Spotless Garments app available from Google Play or The App Store. After we have laundered/folded/ironed your clothes to our exacting professional standards we return them to you packed carefully into our special return bags for which a deposit is charged (see Bags for Life in the shop for more details).

If you prefer you can call to book a collection and we can go through your account set up either on the phone or in person when we collect.

What happens at my first collection / delivery?

During your chosen time slot, you receive an email/text to let you know we’re on our way and about 20 mins later your doorbell will ring. Please answer the door and have your items ready for us! We’ll pop your items into our special bags and head off to get the work done whilst you spend your time however you like.

We bring your order to HQ to sort and weigh. The total cost is confirmed to you via email and charged to your card. We carry out the work and then at the time you schedule we will return with your fresh clothes hung or folded as common-sense dictates. If you have particular requirements add these when ordering, e.g. please iron and hang my underpants.

How can I estimate the weight of my items?

As a rough guide an average household washing machine load is 2-4kg but don’t worry, we weigh everything on arrival at HQ. We can also weigh at your door if you prefer – simply select that option when adding a service to your cart.

Do you cover my area?

We cover towns and villages across MK1-19, NN12-13, OX25-27, HP18-22, LU5 & 7.

When are you open?

We’re open online 24/7 so you can book or ammend collections and deliveries or send us a message anytime. Phonecalls are more likely to be answered between 6am and 10:30pm but if we miss your call please leave us a message and we’ll come back to you a.s.a.p.

Do I have to provide my own bags?

No. We provide very special reusable, recycled and recyclable bags, garment covers and hangers to return and reuse and return and reuse and return and reuse – you get the idea? Doing what we can to be environmentally friendly.

Can I reschedule or change things once I’ve placed and order?

Yes. Simply log in to your account and see your customer dashboard. Here you can do all sorts of things like change your order, reschedule pick up or collection slots, add notes and many, many more wonderful things!

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, £20 so if your order weighs £18 we will charge you £20 but in reality that rarely happens. Our average order is £25+ and most people have us drop by weekly before the ironing pile starts taking over the spare room.
